Take your measurements directly on your body with a tape measure around your bust, waist, and hips, without tightening it too much.

2 - Measure your waist at its narrowest point. Hold the measuring tape close to your body, but not too tightly.

3 - The circumference of your hips is measured at the widest part of your pelvis.

4 - Your leg is measured from the waist to the heel, with the tape following the natural contour of your leg.

5 - Your arm is measured from the shoulder to the wrist, with the tape following the natural curve of your relaxed arm.
